Why we do what we do.
At The Footie Foundation, we believe football — the world’s game — should be accessible to everyone. Our mission is to develop athletes from the ground up, creating a space where passion, growth, and community thrive.
We aim to build more than just footballers; we aim to shape strong young minds through positive role models, personal development, and the power of sport. Our focus is on making football fun and inclusive — not too serious, but serious enough to inspire real growth. It’s about balancing the joy of the game with the foundation of discipline, teamwork, and self-belief.
Coach Luqman.
Coach Luqman brings years of hands-on experience working with players from as young as 2 years old all the way into adulthood. His approach is rooted in understanding, patience, and adaptability.
With a background in teaching, and currently working in a school that champions diverse learning styles, Coach Luqman is equipped to teach in ways that go beyond the traditional — making sessions engaging, dynamic, and tailored to different personalities and learning needs. His combined experience in both sports and education ensures that every session at The Footie Foundation is more than just training — it’s a life lesson.

There are multiple potential venues being considered. Since the aim is to accommodate multiple classes, the specific venue may vary depending on the needs and logistics of each class.

In addition to our current offerings, we're aiming to introduce more physically active, athletic-based classes. Looking ahead, there's also the potential to run half-term camps and provide tuition services as part of our future plans.
